If you messaged a business that uses AI Lead Flow
Stop receiving messages
Reply STOP in the WhatsApp chat with that business. You are opted out immediately and will not receive reminders, updates or other automated messages from it. Reply START if you want them again.
Delete your data
- Ask the business you messaged. They control your data and can ask us to delete it.
- Or email us at privacy@[your-domain.com] with the subject “Data deletion request”, your WhatsApp phone number, and the name of the business you messaged.
- To confirm the number is yours, we may ask you to send a short code to that business’s WhatsApp number from your phone.
- We delete your contact record, conversations, messages, bookings, order requests and lead records for that business within 30 days, tell the business, and confirm to you by email.
Some information may be kept where the law requires it (for example, records a business must keep for tax purposes), and statistics that no longer identify you may be kept. Copies in our backups are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.
Messages also exist on your own phone and are processed by WhatsApp under WhatsApp’s own policies; deleting data from AI Lead Flow does not delete them from WhatsApp.
If your business uses AI Lead Flow
Delete specific contacts or conversations
Email privacy@[your-domain.com] from your account’s email address with the phone numbers or contacts to delete. We complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.
Delete your whole organisation
The organisation owner can ask us to close the account and delete all its data: workspaces, users, contacts, conversations, bookings, order requests, templates and stored WhatsApp credentials. We confirm the request with the owner, then delete everything within 30 days.
Disconnect WhatsApp from AI Lead Flow
In Meta Business Settings, open Users → System users (or Integrations → Connected apps), and remove AI Lead Flow’s access to your WhatsApp Business Account. This stops all messaging through AI Lead Flow immediately. The token we stored stops working at once and is deleted with your data.
